Returns

Customer satisfaction is very important at gypsy soul jewellery and I hope you loved your order. But, in case you don´t, I´ll be happy to make it right.

HOW TO:

If, after purchasing your item from gypsy soul jewellery, you are unhappy with your purchase in any way please do not hesistate to get in touch with me first, before returning any items.

The item has to be returend  up to 14 days after you receive your order. I do not offer refunds. The shop credit is in form of a coupon code, for the value of the returned product, or you can exchange it with another item from the shop. Shipping cost cannot be refunded or credited.

All items must be send back in a safe air cushion envelope and in brand new condition, otherwise they are not exchangable and will not receive a shop credit.

Please send the following information by email (info@gypsysouljewellery.com) prior to shipping the item back:
  • Reason for the return
  • Email address
  • Full name
  • Indicate also, if you want to exchange it with another item, or receive a shop credit

LOST ITEMS:
Please note that should an item not reach me, I am not responsible and as a result, I will not be able to issue a shop credit or offer you an exchange. I strongly advice you to use a tracked service such as recorded delivery to return your item and send me the tracking number.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

If you believe you have received defective or incorrect product, please contact me by email (info@gypsysouljewellery.com) within 3 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect. I will be happy to replace it, if available or offer a shop credit.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  • Earrings and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Personalised items such as custom orders
  • Sales items
  • Damaged, worn or altered items

IMPORTANT:

gypsy soul jewellery reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns and to update this policy at any time.
